There are eight wealth-building strategies available to income property owners, each with their own set of advantages and disadvantages, depending on the property owner’s individual situation. I recommend clients meet with me annually, or as needed, in order to review all viable options at that time.

I partner with other financial industry experts depending on the strategies being considered by my clients. I act as the lead facilitator to make sure the best interests of my clients are met.
